How long does it take to process my order?
As soon as we receive payment we process your order. Your order is usually ready for dispatch within 2 working days subject to stock availability.

If you have selected a next day delivery service at the checkout, as long as you order by 3pm your order will be delivered the next working day in the UK. We do also offer weekend delivery services if you order by 4pm on Friday. These can be selected at the checkout.

What do the product prices include?
All prices on the website include 20% VAT but exclude delivery fees.

How do I pay?
We accept all major credit cards excluding American Express on our secure payment gateway.

Are my details protected?
Yes absolutely! We go out of our way to ensure that your details are kept safe. Check out our Privacy Policy for more details or call us if you have any concerns.

How long will it take to get my order?
Delivery is normally within 2-5 working days on standard delivery but you can upgrade to next day or even weekend deliveries at the checkout when you place your order.

What if you’re out of stock?
Whilst we do endeavour to keep our online store stock information as accurate as possible, some times we do run low or even out of stock completely due to unexpected large orders. We’ll let you know immediately if this is the case and also when we expect our new stock. If this new delivery date doesn’t suit you, we’ll try to find a suitable substitute or refund you for this out of stock item.

Can I add to my order after I have sent it?
We process our orders in the quickest possible time so it’s unlikely we will be able to assist you with an addition to your order once it’s been made. Please make sure before you check out you’re happy you’ve got all you need. For more information please see our Term and Conditions.

What happens if I don’t like the items I ordered?
We hope that you will be delighted with all the goods you receive, but if for any reason you are dissatisfied, simply contact us to arrange to return the items within 30 working days after receipt. We can only accept the return of goods if they are unopened unless they are received damaged. Please see our returns policy for full information on returning your items.

Can my billing address be different to my delivery address?
Yes of course! Just give us both addresses on check out, in the relevant boxes.

My credit card won’t go through?
If you’re having trouble paying by credit card, it may just be that you need to activate this facility with your issuing bank. If its still not working please email us at service@stunnaland.com.

I do not live in the United Kingdom. Can I still order?
Yes you can. Our online store will work out the relevant shipping cost for you at the checkout.

I have a store and would love to stock Stunnaland, do you supply wholesale?
Yes, you can apply to become a reseller here. We ask that you have either a bricks-and-mortar or online store, and provide the details in the application link for the team to review. We’ll come back to you as quickly as we can on your application.
